Salman Khan turned 46 on Tuesday. His fans are passionate to celebrate his birthday. He would celebrate his birthday with his family and close group of friends at his farm house.
Born on December 27, 1965 Salman Khan is the Son of the legendary writer Salim Khan who penned many super-hit movies in yesteryear’s like Sholay, Deewar and Don. Salman started his acting carrier in 1988 by doing a supporting role in the movie Biwi Ho Toh Aisi (1988). The following year he had the leading role in the box office romantic hit Maine Pyar Kiya (1989). From there he became a heart throb of Indian cinema.
A friend of the actor confirmed and added, "We are now going to Panvel on Monday to bring in Salman's birthday on Tuesday. After that, we will head to Dubai for New Year."
"Health wise it wasn't a great year for Salman. So everybody feels that he should spend time with family on his birthday," added the friend.
After spending his birthday with his family, Salman's New Year face off with Shah Rukh might also be easier. Both the Khans will be throwing their own party in Dubai.
In 1999, Khan won a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor for his extended appearance in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), and since then has starred in several critical and commercial successes, including Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999), Tere Naam (2003), Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), No Entry (2005), Partner (2007), Wanted (2009), Dabangg (2010), Ready (2011) and Bodyguard (2011), which has become the second highest-grossing Bollywood film of all-time. Khan has thus established himself as one of the most successful actors of Hindi cinema.
While Salman's guest list includes his parents, brothers, sisters and close friends Sajid Nadiadwala, Bhushan Kumar, Mahesh Manjrekar and Shirish Kunder, Shah Rukh's party will see Karan Johar, Anubhav Sinha, Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal.
